Shadowcast - Desperate Accuse Dimension
A strange piece from CCP, SHADOWCAST is the band and "Desperate Accuse Dimension" is the album.

How should I describe the music? "CyberClassic Space Metal" is their self-chosen category and it fits just as anything that I could come up with here. The homepage says something about a mix of Industrial, Metal and Pop and that comes pretty close.

An at times strangely programmed drum-computer, which sounds a lot like it (sorry, I just cannot believe that this has been played by a human), guitars, which apart from some single leads only bring rhythm, partly very unnerving keyboards and alternating croaky, whispered and sung vocals, are combined into nine tracks, which all jump around between the aforementioned styles, without showing a real focus.

For me it all just sounds too synthetic, too bloodless, no feeling, no soul, maybe designed to be, but here this album finds closed ears, sorry, I see no reason to hand out a recommendation of any kind...
