EARTHRIDE combines their Doom induced sound with grooves that can keep you alive and kickin'. Check out "Volume 10" which is louder than hell with the volume knob only turned a third of the way. "For Mere Remains" slows it down quite a bit which is ok, but nothing special that we haven't heard before. Sludge and depression consumes the track there. Once again, "Train Wreck" is a pick me upper that prevents the tune from being what the song title is. The songs seem to go back and forth from groovy to Sludge with lots of low end to make your stomach rumble.

If you're out at the bars and need something to drink to, then you have found the right CD that should be played in all biker bars. (Online July 31, 2002)
