Demonical - Servants Of The Unlight

After Sweden Death brigade CENTINEX had split up, three quarters of the band continues as DEMONICAL. Just the whole thing hardly sounds like the quite melodic Metal of Death anymore, DEMONICAL are a good but more extreme and are gravitating more towards the likes of VOMITORY, GRAVE or even TERRORIZER.

So what we get here is blastbeat-happy, ultra brutal Death Metal, hardly any melodies and quite evil. And on top of that they also cover ONSLAUGHT’s “Death Metal”, so the band is not trying to hide its roots for sure. I don’t really know what else to write about this, other than sending a strong Arrrrgh! to Sweden. Good, if not a must!
