It’s like CARCASS except, you know, terrible.  That’s basically all the listener needs to know about BESTIAL DEVASTATION and their album "Your Vagina Is Sick".  As impossible as it seems, the music is actually more juvenile than the LP’s title.  I suppose a lot of research went into writing the lyrics for this record, as it is ostensibly a concept album based around the various diseases that can infect the vagina.  Funny, right? 

About the only thing that sets "Your Vagina Is Sick" apart from the throngs of other Italian Grindcore acts is the addition of a second vocalist to balance out the guttural, frog-like bellowing usually associated with the genre.  Too bad this second vocalist sounds more like someone squeezing a small dog to death than anything resembling a listenable frontman.  “Musically,” there are the customary blastbeats and otherwise furious-paced drumming, buzzing and indeterminate guitars, and the non-existent bass.  In fact, every song is totally interchangeable with every other song and there is nothing worth mentioning about any of them.  If CARCASS-like Grind is desired, a band like THE COUNTRY MEDICAL EXAMINERS will cure what ails your.  As for "Your Vagina Is Sick", let’s just move along and leave it in the gutter where it belongs.
