A brief intro to the forthcoming second album from Irish Metal heads HALLOWED delivers a punchy, hard edged Metallic sound that definitely augers well for a full album release. Perhaps not the most famous name to emanate from the Emerald Isle HALLOWED, nonetheless, is a versatile robust Heavy Metal band. There’s an earthy organic bustle to the music. Not in the least tempered with some fine melodies. All four tracks offered are stand outs. The mix of Trad Metal melded with elements of Folk and Hard Rock have a deft charm and instant likeability factor.

Defo one for the NWOBHM fan or a fan of good ol’ Heavy Metal HALLOWED may yet be the best undiscovered band in Ireland.
