Faust Again - The Trial

Whenever there’s a trend in anything, be it music, art, film, or what have you, there will always be those who refuse to let it die, even when it should.

FAUST AGAIN is yet another Metalcore band, only this time I sense a larger Nu-Metal influence than would normally be present in Metalcore bands. There are little Ambient snippets in between the chugga chugga of the songs, sounding like a much less inspired LUSTMORD.

Other than that, I really don’t know what else to write. This, and the overwhelming majority of the Metalcore genre, is trash and I do not see the appeal of this music at all.

Albert Einstein once defined insanity as “doing the same thing over and over again, but expecting different results.” In the case of FAUST AGAIN, I am inclined to agree with him.
