Dear patient! Please read these directions for use thoroughly, because it contains important information about what to observe when applying this CD. For any further questions please contact your local CD-dealer or a "Metal Observer" of your trust.

Active substance: Thrash Metal, Groove.

Packaging and contents: Packages of 1 CD.

Manufacturer: Gurd.

Application: At deficiencies of head/neck-movement, tracks with intensive Thrash Metal-content, like "Masterplan", "Bedlam", "Rule The Pit" or "We Will Resist" should be applied. In case of an overdose, the Thrash Metal-content should be reduced and replaced by some Groove ("Big Shot", "Always", "Take My Hand"), to prevent lasting damage.

Gurd may not be applied at:

  • Whiplash-syndrome
  • damaged discs
  • chronic Thrash-allergy
  • What do you have to pay attention to during pregnancy?

    In the first and second third of pregnancy Gurd should not be applied excessively to prevent indisposition. In the last three months of pregnancy Gurd should be applied only in reason!

    Side-effects: When applied in overdose, neck-ache and light tinnitus. There also have been cases of head-injuries due to extreme headbanging. In such cases please attend your local M.D.

    Attention: Gurd should be applied for a longer time and in higher doses only in arrangement with your local "Metal Observer".

    An actively enriched form of the KISS-product "Warmachine" may also be found in this package.
