Black Sabbath - Sabbath Bloody Sabbath
This album is a bloody masterpiece. This is the best album SABBATH has and will ever make. If you are after the ultimate Heavy Metal-guitar-riff then "Sabbath Bloody Sabbath" is that riff. Forget "Smoke On The Water", "Rock'n'Roll" and hell, even "Paranoid". They don't stand a chance. Evil, heavy, powerful. Awesome.

"Sabbath Bloody Sabbath" is the reason we listen to Heavy Metal-music. Make no mistake. Do I need to list the pure class on this album? "A National Acrobat", "Fluff", "Sabbra Cadabra", "Killing Yourself To Live", "Spiral Architect" to name but a few. Ultra heavy in places, melodic in others. Smatterings of acoustic brilliance wrapped up with the finest set of Ozzy inspired lyrics.

This album was the peak of their recording output after five albums and subsequent releases still retained essential BLACK SABBATH, but none have lived up to this colossus.

Do you need any more persuasion?
