Pissing Razors - Evolution
Now that PANTERA is a thing of the past, can these Texas rattlesnakes take over? It's possible. These guys have been paying their dues for a long enough time now and they have released several CDs that they should now be a familiar name. These guys are just a bunch of sick fucks who play balls to the wall Metal.

Talk about taking back the music. They come at you like a raging bull and plough you over without looking back. "No Way Out" just pummels your face and ears relentlessly with everything that is aggressive. What freaked me out is that during the choruses, Andre's vokills sort of smooth out and then go back to being one pissed off man. The drumming at times sort of come off as FEAR FACTORY-ish because they are so tight and use triggers, but needless to say I feel sorry for the skins as they are abused in the worst of ways and I can only feel their pain.

For those who don't know this name yet, I would like to say that if you had PANTERA meet FEAR FACTORY in a back alley at 2am and then PANTERA just beats the living fuck out of FEAR FACTORY with rusted pipes. That is PISSING RAZORS! Is the music the most original? No, but they are true to the scene and deliver what we are in desperate need of...REAL METAL. Just don't listen to this in your car while driving as it may give you ammo to get into road rage mode. YEAH! (Online September 10, 2003)
