The second album from the proud of Sweden goes in the same vein as earlier yet more professional. It seems the band have reached their goal: to create the most evil and blasphemic music ever existed.

The songs are really strong, though it takes time to realize this. "Vobiscum Satanas", an album that grows for every listening. With lots of details and smart turns in the music, the listener remains stunned through the whole CD. It's very hard to find a style of it own in a genre like this, but I think DARK FUNERAL is on the right track to find what they are looking for.

The album was recorded in Studio Abyss and produced by Peter Tägtgren and he's made a good job. The sound fits this kind of music very good and it creates a wonderful atmosphere.

Blasting drums, pounding bass, evil guitar melodies and a strong voice in Emperor Magus Caligula, it can only be DARK FUNERAL! Probably the most christraping music ever recorded...
