Zyklon - World Ov Worms
As(z)ide from all the word play, "World Ov Worms" is to be taken oh so very seriously.

For EMPEROR- and MYRKSKOG-fans (Me! Oh, OH! ME! ME!) you'll find that not only have Zamoth and Destructhor taken some of the best elements from both of their home bases, but have combined them in such a manner not thought possible. So yes, what we have here isn't so much something new as it is a very familiar walk down Emperor & Myrkskog Blvd. Am I complaining? Fuck no! ZYKLON spares little room for that!

OK. Let's just get this out of the way. THERE ARE SYNTH GENERATED EFFECTS GALORE ON THIS!! Get over it. Because if not, ZYKLON are going to mow you down like the tank they are. Besides, ZYKLON already have a fully automated android behind the kit (Trym), what's the big deal if some other mechanical sounds make an appearance here and there?

As for the actual human performers, Zamoth is… well, (psst. Hey everyone, it's Samoth from EMPEROR!), and Destructhor is… well, (psst. Hey everyone, it's Destructhor from MYRKSKOG!). Vocals contributed by Daemon are quite good and follow though with a nice range; in fact, some of the coolest (layered) vocals I've yet to consume.

I'd also like to comment on the layout for this presentation. Very professional, and very eye catching. An explanation to each song lies beneath the actual lyrics, as well does an applicable quote from several well known thinkers of our time. But I'll warn you, it's very misanthropic! Haha… For those of you who pick up "World Ov Worms", you'll get more than musical enjoyment out of this!

Something else… Hey! All you underclassed, baggy pants wearing, jibber-jabbering, baseball cap to the side, inner-city gantaz - see Trym? THAT's how you wield a weapon of deadly force.
