Anvil - Plenty Of Power
ANVIL are revered as cult. ANVIL get rave reviews almost everywhere. I don't like ANVIL.

I could have stopped here, but that would have been too little... Power/Thrash is the alley of the Canadians, compared to the previous albums with less Thrash in it. But still I don't understand, what the people like so much at ANVIL, the sound isn't bad, but absolutely unspectacular, really good riffs, but why hasn't anybody told the guys that a song also needs a good chorus and not such a gruesome thing as with "Groove Science"? And Lips' vocals are a matter of taste, to put it carefully.

No, when you've liked ANVIL so far, then "Plenty Of Power" should bring you what you expect, if you didn't like them so far, then you should still go wide of them.

Oh, and one more thing, basically it's an amusing idea always to have an anvil on the cover, but this thing here is just outright ridiculous!
