Blood Red Angel - The State Of Insanity
A furious killer is offered us by BLOOD RED ANGEL on their second album. As their debut already had been a good one, it didn't come as an overtly big surprise that they have managed to considerably raise their quality level again.

Starting out with the powerful production, to the vocals, the speed, fat, shredding mid-tempo-parts - just everything that you could hope for of a perfect Thrash-album. It somehow reminds me a little of GRIP INC., which is mainly because of the vocals. The style also is somewhat comparable! Some SLAYER-riffs can be heard, but a true Thrash-album just cannot do without. The combination of old school-riffs and a modern sound is what makes this formation so formidable and the riffs just plainly kill!

Who doesn't bang his head off is a pussy! For me, together with MIND-ASHES, the Thrash-fest of the year so far! Live the songs just have to be even deadlier!
