Gothic Metal of the more complex side is Berlin's MORTALIA's chosen path. The vocals mainly are borne by a female, but there also is a clear, male voice. You could compare the music with DISMAL EUPHONY as the Norwegians offer a comparably wide spectrum. MORTALIA do not have their class yet, but they neither are copying the band.
It's just not the typical beauty/beast-Gothic-thingy, but mainly Metal. Unfortunately some of the songs sound a bit confuse, maybe they should try to concentrate on the song itself. Well, but with room for improvement, every fan of dark sounds should at least check out MORTALIA.
