Steel Attack - Fall Into Madness
This Swedish quintet already made me listen up with their debut. This positive impression has been strengthened by their second effort "Fall Into Madness". You can press the band into the HELLOWEEN/GAMMA RAY-corner, but contrary to many of the other soundalikes, STEEL ATTACK have a pretty original singer. His name is Steve Steel, which sounds really round the bend, but the music is what counts and that is very good!

The songs all have a really good drive, great choruses and hooklines. Sure, not the most original sound of the solar-system, but it's got verve! The songs of the Swedes just set you into a good mood and are perfectly arranged and produced. Suiting spring, so it finally comes! The only downside is that there is too little variety, pure up-tempo and double-bass-hammering is a little monotonous over a full CD. No acoustic guitars, no calm parts, but most Metalheads like it just that way!

So I hand out a higher rating for the True Metallers of STEEL ATTACK. May the fans be with you! Looking at the sales of acts with a similar sound, then that might just be the case! It'd be deserved!
