VOX INTERIUM was formed in early 1997 by Peter Syryca (drums) and Peter Nowak (guitar, vocals). After a few months, Mark (guitar) and Ralf (bass) joined the band. With this line-up they started working on their music and style. In June of '98, VOX INTERIUM recorded the first demo tape called "W Poszukiwaniu Stwórcy ..." - heavy sound, melodic songs and a lot of emotions in Thrash/Doom Metal style. This material had good reviews in the underground scene in Poland. Later, the band played several shows, from small gigs to large festivals.

Between 1998 and 2000 band has recorded next four demos to convince releasers and to show their music in the underground's world.

Their first album “Zymosis Of Souls” was recorded and released in 2001 by Apocalypse Production. After playing numerous shows and doing interviews, the band started having problems with the manager and label. They were not able to do good promotion and distribution of “Zymosis Of Souls”.

After this time it was a line-up change for VOX INTERIUM. Ralf "Cyklon" Wojtowicz became the new bass player in VOX INTERIUM. In December of 2002, the band recorded the second album “Yearning”, at first released in Poland by Maestro Records. Then VOX INTERIUM has signed to New Aeon Media/Karmageddon Media and finally “Yearning” album has been released all over the world in May 31^st 2004.

VOX INTERIUM has performed with the following bands: KRABATHOR, VADER, COUNT DE NOCTE, DECAPITATED, YATTERING, SCEPTIC, SWEET NOISE and more.

Now VOX INTERIUM is recording a new album and looking for a new labels all around the world. The band is ready to show its power everywhere.
