Necrophobic - Bloodhymns
Cult band among the cult bands, founded by David Parland (alias Blackmoon, ex-DARK FUNERAL), NECROPHOBIC is one of the few bands still in activity who can propose us a good old mix of Black Metal and Death Metal, and who play high quality music!

Despite the few line-up changes throughout the years and the skip of label from Black Mark, their first label ever, to the Dutch team Hammerheart, NECROPHOBIC keep on writing hateful songs, perfectly mixing the melodic and cold side of Black Metal with the violence and fastness of old-school Death Metal. You can also easily feel that those guys have a lot of experience and know how to find the right note, the right riffs, and the good arrangement that's needed to make you headbang like maniacs. In addition to that, which doesn't spoil anything, "Bloodhymns" has been recorded at the Sunlight Studios with Tomas Skogsberg, so I can swear you that the sound will kick your ass!

All in all, this is an album that will bring you chills all over your neck and spine, and make you feel like running in the forest during night. A must-have!
