I’ve never liked KRISIUN very much because the permanent putting the pedal on umpteen albums was just to mouldy for me. But behold, on the newest long player “AssassiNation” the tempo is varied more often what enhances the band’s sound, properly.

Of course, KRISIUN are still amongst the fastest death squads on the globe, only they work with finesse. That makes the music more mighty, more brutal and just enforces the hack parts. Then those lunatic solos, the technical guitar breaks, everything optimally proportionate, ignite some Death Metal fireworks like I haven’t heard this by the Brazilians up to now. No this year’s Death Metal album sounded more insane and more brutal.

And there have already been damn cool albums in this genre from bands such as KATAKLYSM, SACRIFICIUM, LEGION OF THE DAMNED or DISMEMBER. Indeed my downright faves are called: KRISIUN! Check out tips: The whole fucking album. Hail and kill! (Online March 6 2006)
