I think the album cover is enough indication what we're dealing with here: Grindcore in its purest from. Instead of coming from the Grind-homeland, the USA, ROTTEN SOUND is a finish band which features members from amongst others …AND OCEANS. "Murderworks" is the third full-length of the band (apart from some MCDs), and the first for Necropolis/ Deathvomit Records.
I can make this a very long review but nobody is waiting for that, the song titles say everything: Short, straight to the point, fucking heavy. On "Murderworks", expect nothing more than a giant wall of pulverising grinding Metal, with a rampaging drummer (that guy is indeed inhuman!!!). If you long for a big punch in the face from time to time you can't really leave ROTTEN SOUND's "Murderworks" untouched! (Online September 9, 2002)
