The vocalist, Ipek, a lady would you believe screams her lungs out with tremendous abandon then delivers almost operatic passages! Sure these extremes bands like to mix up different styles and this is where the problem lies: get decent singers in and then I will listen to this music. The guitars and rhythm section are excellent - melodic and precise, extremely fast, but controlled. The keyboard-swirls add atmosphere and it is obvious that these guys can play even if you have Wolverine-like extensions fitted to your gloves!!!! But the vocals are bloody awful and really let the excellent musicianship down aside from the ludicrous song titles "Fuck Your Lord" springs to mind on that count!

I am not much of an extreme Metal-fan so maybe I am missing an answer as to why they have this vocal style. But on the whole this is an enjoyable listen and not as bad as I had first feared.
