Formed in 1993 and crazy for touring, the four Finns of ROTTEN SOUND released the live DVD “Murderlive” last year after “Murderworks”. Now they issue the new thrashing cracker “Exit”. Partly you are pummeled even straighter than on the predecessor. You will search in vain for longer or more “playful” songs. In half an hour they blast their way through 18 songs, without much variation. They really do so damn brutally und supersuperfast, with a slight Swedish Death edge in the few slow parts. Friends of NASUM should be excited here as well. Although NASUM sound a bit more melodic than ROTTEN SOUND recently!

Otherwise, all friends of such blast kings like NASUM, LOCK UP, NAPALM DEATH or BRUTAL TRUTH cannot avoid a purchase – all others should hardly care about it… (Online March 19, 2005)
