Classic or not? NECRODEATH is a band I never really decided as really outstanding except their great “Mater Of All Evil” release. “Ton(e)s Of Hate” or “Black As Pitch” were pretty nice, but considering the competition pretty unspectacular as well. Not even bothering their early releases... With this output you get a good survey over the creations of those evil Italians. Next to some rare photos in the booklet you get ultra rare stuff like the Cover of “Black Sabbath” and “The Shining Pentagram” as a bonus.
Of course you have to cut back regarding the sound of the old material, but for Die Hard-Fans this album is obviously a must-have – all others who necessarily want to own a NECRODEATH album should get the “Mater Of All Evil” release instead... Nonetheless I congratulate those boozers to their 20th anniversary, simply because they actually carry on doing their stuff for a pretty long time and are still part of the scene! Respect...
