Ok after some research, I believe it is Nocternity - A Fallen Unicorn?

In the middle of the cover three men sit around a fireplace. One on the left wears a red sweater. Looks like an old English pub, empty beer mugs on the table. Blue background around the outside of the photo. Band name in white above, album title in white below.

Hint: I posted this in the worst album covers thread.

Pantera - Far Beyond Driven

A dark grey fortress with a huge horned goat-like face on the side of it is standing in what looks to be a frost covered valley. However, closest to the viewer, there's a small lava flow in the bottom middle of the cover. There's also two birds, most likely crows, a little to the right of the fortress. The band title is in big letters and centered at the top with the album title just below it.

Immortal - At The Heart Of Winter THE masterpiece of this band, both musically and even more so for the cover!

The band logo is in the top left corner, the album title big centred at the bottom. On the cover there is the silhouette of a rider with a horned helmet against a background that looks like fire.

Hint: Swedish band, best of album...

Marduk - Infernal Eternal

The album cover is Black, White and Blue. Centered at the top is the band logo in white. Written along the bottom, also in white, is the album title. Between the band logo and the album title, is a cathedral, entirely blue, over a black background.

Hint: Norwegian Band... Defining Album.

Mayhem - De Mysteriis Dom Sathanas

In the foreground there's a mage wearing a reddish robe. His left hand is raised in front of his face and holding a glowing sphere with a set number of golden keys inside it. His right hand is near the sphere with fingers outstretched and as if he's casting a spell there's stardust between his hand and the sphere. The mage's face is completely shadowed so there's just a big dark spot where his face should be. The mage himself is in a room inside some medieval looking structure. On his right side (left in the cover) is a glassless window and out of it there's a view of a lake and cliffs surrounding it. On the left side of the mage there's some demon-like creatures hiding in the shadows. Band title in the top left and the album title in the bottom left.
