HELLACAUST!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Style: Black Thrash. Put Immortal, Slayer, Exhumed, Enthroned and Marduk in one and you get Hellacaust.

These guys have the most brutal, tight live act I have ever seen. Brutal, thrashing metal. I totally reccomend them

- Neuraxis http://www.neuraxis.org The Brutalest melodic Death Metal band ever, one of my favourite bands
- Arsis http://www.worshipdepraved.com - really good thrashy melodic death metal, like Kreator with some occasional Arch Enemy riffing and some blasts
- Ion Dissonance http://www.iondissonance.com -a heavier, less odd Dillinger Escape Plan. Fucking craziness, I think these guys will do well.
- Psycroptic http://www.psycroptic.com - sickenly technical, yet musical death metal. Like Death/Morbid Angel/Dying Fetus/Suffocation all into one.
- Cephalectomy http://www.cephalectomy.com - blasty blasty grindcore with lost of mighty, evil riffing and some kooky parts. Like old Kataklysm meets Cryptopsy with lots of other influences reeking in it.
- Blinded By Faith http://www.blindedbyfaith.com - Does what Dimmu and Cradle do, but removes the parts that make them not stellar, awesome band.
- Goat Horn http://www.goathorn.com - OLD SCHOOL!!!! take old thrash like Venom and Sacrifice and mix it with some dooyn riffing a la Trouble and some maiden esque harmonies, and you have Goat Horn. Old school yet still originial.

And here's a band that should have been bigger:
- Rotting http://www.rotting.org - These guys are actually old school, they've been around for 12 fucking years and are still very unknown. Very brutal, old school DM. You must check them out.

EDIT: SHIT! I didn't read that they couldn't have a record deal! lol. All those bands have some sort of record deal, but nothing too huge. I think the only big name record labels there are Unique Leader and Willowtip.

Lilitu: Great Gothic Death Metal. They're working on their third album and reviews of the two previous ones are online.

My Fate: Good Melodic Modern Metal type stuff. Like Katatonia mixed with older Machine Head. Review of their debut full-length is also online.

Holy shit that's awesome news! They're re-recording their new album "The Dolores Lesion" at the moment (due June) and will the the first of a three album deal. Hopefully their "Memorial" album will become more available through this as well...

That's wicked Zeus. They're looking for another guitarist. I'd audition if I lived closer and if I was 10 years older! lol

Seems like hard work, talent (and good reviews too, hopefully :whistling: ) does pay off. After turning down some lousy deals along the way they've finally signed with Crash Music. Their debut Happiness Is Fiction will be released internationally sometime in the Summer I think.

I have been listening to this band for ages... Fucking awesome stuff. If only it was easier for me to get their shit... Awesome band, totally agree. Reminds me of Sentenced, Katatonia and In Flames in one.

Diadem

Just listening to their first full length CD "Crimson Sunset" and even though the guy (Anthony) did everything on his own, this sounds pretty darn good to me! It's basically is a melodic kind of Death Metal, but not the Gothenburg style, mixed with some Black Metal, some Viking Metal and even a few Power and Thrash Metal influences.

My review of their first demo is here: Darkness Surrounds
